Hi Guys!

I've been following the LCHF Diet since the start of this year and at first it was great! The last month or so, my BG levels started to increase (from around 5's to around 9's) I had a weight plateau before and started to put on weight. I went back to the Weight Watchers type of eating and my BG levels normalized.....Can't explain why this happened. Logic says that you reduce carbs, you reduce your BG. But my body reacts otherwise....Any explanations???

you would need to do a carb protein and fats break down of each diet. it's possible you are having less protein now too. on low carb too much protein can stop weight loss. as well as replacing all the lost carb energy with fats.
you can put weight on with low carb, if you want to.
