Sorry no. Can honestly say I don’t miss pasta at all, but then I never was a fan. I don’t try to substitute much anymore expecting the replacement to taste like the original. Just try and find alternatives that do the job and taste good even if it’s different. Like courgette spaghetti or cabbage lasagna sheets rather than fake traditional pasta. (Does that make any sense? It’s late!)
