Low carb pate recipes needed

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any low carb pate recipes that they can share?

I am trying to think of different things to take to work for lunch instead of having bread or making sandwiches.

Pate is normally low carb

Vegetable frittata

Whole tomato 1/2 cucumber and other chunks of veg that are then cut up fresh. Bottle of homemade herbed olive oil and vinegar
Cold chicken and other meats

Do you have access to a microwave?

Thank you for the ideas. I do sometimes have access to a microwave.

I am trying to stay below 50g carbs so I am trying not to have bread as it takes up nearly all of my quota.

I use to have a great tuna pate recipe that I really enjoyed with salad or veg but I can't find it.

For glue you could try cream cheese with fish pate

Also use veg wraps or sliced deli ham as bread
Or make your own LC bread
