Mmmmm toast! I miss that sometimes and I made flapjack for the kiddies & didn't touch it - that was v hard! I miss a nice big pink lady - ooh er. Right now havin some lovely kp salted nuts!I'm starting to buy Mrs B carby stuff just for her and the food cupboard is gradually getting a His'n'Hers look. Honestly the only thing I miss is toast.
I think it is much better to fill up on proper food two or three times a day instead of snacking.To prevent me from caving into carb cravings throughout the day, I was thinking of taking a jar of peanut butter with me and having a teaspoon of it between every hour or 2. What do you think?

Yes, we're all going along together here on a wide path, plenty of room for differences but all supportive. You have to put yourself first, firmly. Cooking for two is ok, I pop a jacket spud in for Mrs D while I steam my veg. I don't make separate gravies (buckwheat flour to thicken is ok for me) but I do add cream to my white sauce because she doesn't like cream.I think I am going to have to cook two losts of dinners, his and myn

Husband could do with loose a few stone, but try telling him to not eat white bread, right! Chocolate spreed on 4 slices of white bread, and thats after a large dinner. If i was to give him my low carb dinner he would just eat bread with it.
I am trying the lcht, I am loosing weight, im typ2 on metformin. Is husband encouraging me, not realy.
