This is what I have eaten today,
breakfast
40gms almonds
100gms full fat greek yog,
lunch
large salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar, tin of mackerel,
snack 1oz walnuts
dinner
steak, spinach, whole green beans, peas
2 pieces 90% chocolate
glass red wine
snack 1oz walnuts.
Originally I lost weight on this diet, about a stone and a half, in fact at one stage I was losing too much weight! Now it has stabilized. I find I am never hungry with this diet!
