Low Carb program

Hi all, has anyone been referred by nurse to the Low Carb Program via NHS please ?
My nurse said she could refer me and has chased it up twice but I haven't heard anything from them and it's been two months.
I was hoping to try it through the NHS route before spending out the membership fee.
