Hi,

I am new to Diabetes (T2) and the Forum. If I am posting in the wrong place, please point me in the right direction.

Does anyone have any recommendations for Low Carb recipe books.
I am very used to cooking & Baking but most of the Low Carb books I have picked up tend not to list the total Carbs in the recipes which kind of defeats the purpose for me as I am counting the carbs. We have Tom Kerridges Dopamine diet and some of the recipes look good. That said some of them appear to contain too many carbs for me.

My target is under 75g a day - 15 per meal plus 15 for drinks - Tea/ coffee and a buffer of 15 if I need a snack - nuts, etc. So far I am doing OK, averaging 65-75 with the occasional treat - Curry !

Thanks

I was actually looking for something similar in Tesco yesterday ;)

Can't vouch for any of the recipes or the plan itself, but I did see that The 8-week Blood Sugar Diet Recipe Book listed carbs.

According to the blurb on Amazon it's low-carb, low-fat so not for me, as I'm desperately trying to not lose any weight without my usual method of cakes and chocolate to help.

I will second the dietdoctor.com recipes and carb counts, though - it's a really helpful site.
