Low carb recipes

Hi, I just wanted to know people's view on the low carb recipes. How do you feel about the high saturated fat content in some of the recipes?
 
Hi, I just wanted to know people's view on the low carb recipes. How do you feel about the high saturated fat content in some of the recipes?
I particularly love the low carb high fat recipes, all my health markers improved immensely on low carb/keto and I lost over 11st in weight and have kept it off for over 10 years. Do you use the recipes at all? Does eating fat concern you? Nothing wrong with good natural fats in my opinion
 
I don't use the low carb recipes, but do eat low Carb High (traditional) Fat, High Protein. I eat lots of fatty meat, fatty fish, cheese, eggs as well as olive oil, nuts and avocado.
On that way of eating my lipid ratios have improved a lot although my LDL has gone up.

I nearly qualify as a Lean Mass Hyper Responder (LMHR) according to Dave Feldman's criteria, so I'm looking forward to the first results from his 2 studies.
