Low Carb Results

On my last review my Hba1c was 69 and I was 103 kilos , so I decided to try low carb diet and today my Hba1c was 51 and my weight was 96.7 and feel great : I’m surprised just by removing bread,potatoes, rice and pasta could make such a difference.
 
wow Well done. I have been on a low carb diet for 8 days. Before I started the diet my morning glucose readings were usually around 20 to 28 mmol/L and my average daily readings were 16mmol/L now my morning readings are on average between 7-9 and my waist has gone from 49” to 44”. The difference is amazing in just a few days.
 
Calculate your body mass index and lose more weight until within healthy range of BMI.
