Low carb rice alternatives - non cauliflower

I am looking for a low carb rice alternative that isn’t cauliflower, I hate the stuff. Any suggestions will be helpful

Konjac "rice" (personally not a fan, except the noddle version in stir fries) Broccoli rice, or just add extra veg of your choice to the sauce

Broccoli rice?
It's the same concept as cauli rice but doesn't taste of cauli (yuk!) ... and it's green. Just "shave" off the florets.

Strange question, have you actually tried it, or is it just because you don’t like cauliflower? Apologies if yes. If not you may be surprised it tastes very little like boiled cauliflower.
