Low carb savoury muffins

I just can't seem to find a recipe for Savoury Muffins. I would love a nice cheesy, herby or hammy recipe so I could have a couple for breakfast.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Try these:
IIngredients
65g butter, melted
45g coconut flour
4 eggs
sea salt
ground black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
75g strong cheddar cheese, grated (I use McLelland for this one)

Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Grease muffintray.
Beat together eggs, butter, salt and pepper.
Add coconut flour and baking powder, whisk really well to make sure there are no lumps.
Stir in the cheese
Spoon 6 muffin moulds and bake for 15 minutes or until firm, ovens vary.
Leave to cool, store in the fridge


Experiment with this basic recipe, add different cheeses, chopped spring onion, herbs, spices,chopped red peppers, bacon, smoked salmon, sun dried tomqato, whatever floats your boat

You can buy it online or from Holland and Barrett, the one I get is by Tiana.
