low carb vegetarian

I have known vegetarians who kept hens rescued from battery units and ate their eggs as they were not fertile, so not alive. It is perhaps not in the spirit of evangelical vegetarianism, but the hens were happy to eat all the kitchen scraps, even their own egg shells - they were just plain happy to be there. Sit down in the garden and you were an instant place to be, with hens trying to climb on your lap or invade your knitting.

i have read that we dont need to combine
foods to get the amino acids or enough protein
that its just a old myth
theres so much out there so i dont know
if thats true or not
