Low Carb, what's the debate?

the biscuit part isn't a great idea but the plain chocolate may be better than you think!
I can eat 70% cocoa chocolate without a problem if I am sensible with the amount.
You can get advice about it, I'm sure.
There are some great ideas about what to eat on here because everyone enjoys their food.
Keep doing what you're doing and most of all, enjoy it.

I have also found dark chocolate to be the 'wild card' that allows me to indulge without affecting my levels too much. I like divine 70%, it's only 27% carbs so if you eat a 40g bar it's only about 12g carbs or something. Plus it is fair trade! :D
