Hey Folks. I've been low carbing and exercising for a couple of weeks now and have already lost about 3kg. I've been steadily loosing weight for the past 6 months (5kg thru' lifestyle change before type2 diagnosis). My target of 83kg will get me to "normal" weight and I only have 5 kg to go. I'd like to stick to the weight if I can but I fear the weight may continue to come down. Has anyone else been through this scenario already ? How did you control it ?
