Low carb wraps

Does anyone know where you can buy low carb wraps in the UK and also if they really are low carb. It would make pack ups a lot easier! Thanks

I seem to remember that Tesco did some low carb wraps under their "Weight-watchers" brand at about £1 a pack for 8. I'll have a quick search round. Maybe someone here on the Food and Nutrition forum knows of a homemade wrap...

The weight watchers wraps at tesco and sainsbury's be good to your self wraps are about 20 - 25 grams of carbs per wrap

The ones at avidlite and amazon are fairly costly.

Lizzie - There was a very popular thread here recently on low carb wraps, started by SamJB, I think. They were home made, but you could batch cook and possible freeze them? Others were raving about them.

I'm with you. Everything you put on a wrap you can out on lettuce. I like Boston (Bibb) and romaine as well. Sometimes I even make a salad haha.
Much more flavor without the bread stuff
