What are the three things you have in the kitchen that you use most for low carb meals.
At present I am reliant on eggs,cheese and chicken pieces. I did try some sticky toffee cheese last week at a local market, but couldn't decide if it was good or bad it was such a different taste. You got the taste of sticky toffee and then cheese at the end like a cheddar.

Tins of chick peas
A fridge of veg
Frozen raspberries ....yummie x

I don't call myself low carb though....more low portion ....healthy eating

Nothing in particular for low carb meals but for low carb treats/ snacks I can't do without almond flour. I go through around a 200 gram bag a day making almond flour waffles , biscuits or cakes.

Linseeds - ideal for bread/muffins/granola/porridge
Cheese - on everything (almost)!
Nuts - great for snacking or ground up to make granola

I'm a rebel, so I'll pick four... :happy:
  • Eggs. Organic, free-range, from happy hens - or nothing;
  • Avocados. Both the fruit and the cold pressed extra virgin oil;
  • Nuts. Almonds, apricot, brazil, pecans, pine, pistachios, walnuts;
  • Seeds. Nigella, chia, coriander, fenugreek, flax, hemp, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower - all freshly grounded.

If ItalianKitten can have 4, then so can I :p

Cauliflower
Nuts
Eggs
Cheese

I checked out that sticky toffee cheese on google - it looks like fudge!

I'm swapping my choice of nuts for cauliflower. Can't be without it...cauli rice and mash.
