Low Carb Leeds is a community group helping people to reverse their diabetes through becoming carb aware. The group meets meets once per month, usually the first Monday, at The Tower Clinic, Leeds, LS16 7AP. Check the Low Carb Leeds facebook page for upcoming meeting dates. All welcome.
