If you make a big change to your normal diet you really need to test a lot more often and record everything for reference, as you're going to have to learn a different way of dealing with your food. I guess you must carb count so a bit confused as to why you would take 4 units of bolus for sardines as they are obviously low carb, unless you had something else with them. I don't low carb, more of a moderate carb diet so cant really help you there but hopefully someone else will come along. Well done for starting to record again though, I know its a pain but it's worth it.
