Hi Naresh - let me share with you the approach I have taken.
Vegetables - I try to avoid those that generally speaking grow below ground with a few exceptions such as Celeriac. Take care with beans and pulses too as these can have higher levels of Carbs. I tend to favour Avocado, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Courgette
Consider getting the Pocket Counter Carbs & Cals pocket book in association with Diabetes UK as it will tell you what carb content each type of fruit and vegetable holds.ISBN 978-1-908261-19-9
Fruit - I avoid all fruit juice and limit myself to a few berries (blue, rasp, black, straw) and the odd apple, kiwi or orange
