Good to see it's working for you though. Also, I agree that certain things don't work for everyone but I've never yet heard of a high carb diet helping any diabetics.

You need to be able to enjoy your food, if you dont you will fall off the wagon.
I am lucky, I am one of those weirdos who genuinely enjoy the lchf lifestyle but I know plenty of fellow diabetics who cant handle it, to them it would be sheer torture.
People need to find their own way, lchf is not the only option of achieving good bg levels.
