On most of the popular low-carb diets, most meats and seafood are acceptable, as most contain no carbohydrate. There are some exceptions, as well as rules to follow.

Hi I've just bought the (carbs & cals book) and it's very useful for finding the calories, carbs ect in different foods. This may help you. I think I only paid around £10 of Amazon for the book.
