Found some whole grain rice noodles in Waitrose and as my prawn curry was a bit light on calories, I thought I'd try them for dinner. Had 1/2 the recommended amount with a prawn and green curry sauce and after an hour my bg was 7.2. Another hour ( 2hours after my meal ) and it was 8.9. Low GI bread as a salad sandwich shot my bg up to 9.6. I have come to the conclusion low GI does not work for me :cry: I shall have to renounce the pasta forever!
