Type 2 Low sugar levels

I had scrambled eggs with one slice of toast at ten this morning haven't had anything else yet is it to long to not have any think

Have you tested to see what your blood sugar is now?

Yes it was 5.6 started to feel a bit funny

5.6 is a good blood sugar.
But if you're used to higher numbers it may make you feel a bit wobbly. You don't want to fall so maybe best eat a little something?

In this hot and muggy weather do be sure to have water to drink a couple of times during the day. I find that although I don't need to eat during the day, I do need to drink.
