my sugar went to i started to feel funny so i tested my sugar level it was 4.8 and i had 2x dextrose tablet my sugar was still 4.8 for 35mins then it rised to 6.0 after it was 45mins does this sound wierd?

why can't everyone get on........
those numbers suggest that if you had not intervened with the dextrose tablets your blood sugar would have fallen further .
