Dear All,

Hope you are all well and fighting upwards and onwards. :-)

Got a Q for you all.

If you test your BS before eating a meal, then you test 2 hours later say.. Would you say to the below results are normal.?

Before Meal: 5.8 mmol.
2 hours later: 5.4 mmol.

Meal was a normal lowish carb one, but I have never ever got a results where my pre-meal test was higher than my after meal test.. Is this Normal?

As I washed my hands before both tests and activity wise, nothing different to any other weekday dinner time, as I am at work ect..

Any ideas.

Cheers

I would say thats a perfect, normal result. Shows your diabetes is well under control. Well done.

Yes that's fine well done. Remember meters aren't entirely accurate and most give you around a plus or mins 0.4 so effectively both scores could have been the same or even reversed. The important thing is you came back to roughly where you started showing really good control.

Those numbers look great Simply
