I haven't seen that bread in my local shops. But that's not surprising as I'm in a small town in the middle of no where. I'll take a look again when I'm in the big city. Thanks for the pic it will really help to find it.
As for the Carbquik pancakes. Well they are not bad. Not great but not bad either. They do have a bit of a sour taste but that quickly goes away with a bit of no sugar syrup. Now that stuff (the syrup) is not something I like at all. They use a thickener that just makes it kinda gluppy. I may have to try something else. My BG was 6.1 when I started eating. I had 2 4.5" pancakes, 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites and finally 6 small breakfast sausage. Two hours later it was 6.0. Granted I did spend one of those hours cleaning my office but really nothing to heavy of a work out.
