Lowered HbA1c first 3 monthly result

YEY !! It's gone down from 75 on 27/2/15 to 44 on 27/05/15 (still dancing about)
Cholesterol HDL 1.2, LDL 3.26, triglycerides 1.66 (are those levels OK?)

All this is due to you great people, thank you all.

P.S. Not sure Dr believed these were my results, I'm to have another test next month lol
 
Well done on those great HbA1c results. I think your LDL/HDL ratio is maybe needing some attention but other people who know about it than me will surely be along soon and advise.
 
Loved this post I am about to leave the forum but you know what reading this made my night .
I had am
N HbcAI of 74 and with the second to none advise on here I managed somehow to reduce to to 32 and fine forgers crossed it stayed that way zx just got keep moving forward now I guess xx
