lowered my HBa1C thanks to the low carb diet

Been on the low carb diet for 3 months since my last HBa1C , my result has dropped from 52 to 36 , and i've lost 3 stone in weight , had a lot of useful advice from this forum , thank you so much .
review with doc next week , hopefully I can get off the metformin now .

The nutritional advice from my hospital appointment was useful but I learned about the low carb program from this forum , it really works for me .
