Hi everyone,
Wanted to share my good news, lowered my HBA1C from 11.8% to 7.8 % within 2 months.
I was diagnosed with type 1 18 months ago and have struggled since. However, through carb counting, exercise and excellent support from my diabetic team and counsellor i feel i have turned over a new leaf. Thank you also to the kind and supportive people on here for their kind words, advice and information.
My aim is to lower my HBA1C to around 6.5 %.
