After being diagnosed in March with type 2 it gave me a kick up the **** to change my eating habits, When diagnosed my level was 82 , with anything over 48 being classed as diabetic .
I gave myself till Christmas to turn this diabetes round and put it into remission…. After doing blood tests and urine sample this week at doctors I’m now at 48 and I’ve been taken off my metformin .
With the help of a dietician I’ve lost 2.7 stones and nearly got rid of diabetes in 3 months . I’m a very happy bunny !
