Thank you for your help very much I now up an have a reading of 5.9 nothing happened during the night well if it did I slept through itI sometimes have days I need less than my usual dose for the same food, might be the same with you.
If you've gone up to the higher 3's now I'd expect you'll be fine, and likely spend the night a little higher than you like with everything you've eaten.
I'd take that for tonight, sleep well!
