Please eat some more jelly babies.

You've likely eaten more than enough to treat the low but you can't be sure, and you ate about a half hour before your last test.
Better to err on the safe side.

I sometimes have days I need less than my usual dose for the same food, might be the same with you.

If you've gone up to the higher 3's now I'd expect you'll be fine, and likely spend the night a little higher than you like with everything you've eaten.
I'd take that for tonight, sleep well!
