Have been having a few lows the last week I'm not really sure what has changed they happen in a morning only if I eat and dinner time but not tea time? I don't use a cgm

Hi,

Are you saying the lows happen after breakfast & during midday meals?

What time do you usually have breakfast & lunch?
 
I was having nearly 20 mins as when I first started on fiasp I would go high later on I have reduced it to 10 mins yesterday and it seems to work
