Lucozade overseas

Probably been covered numerous times before.

What is a good Lucozade substitute when on holiday in mainland Europe? I'm in Barcelona again and each time I come I've bought two bottles of Lucozade airside at the airport but surely I can use carry a bottle of readily available full fat Coke when here?
 
Hello @Redvee I have to admit I prefer carrying glucotabs with me, easier to transport, just as quick to consume and reliable, doesn't matter if they get warm. Apart from drinking full fat coke or lucozade, fruit juices are just as quick like apple juice.
 
Hi. I would carry Dextrose tablets with you. I've never really understood the need to carry a bottle of sugary liquid around to treat a hypo. The tablets crush easily in the mouth and should act as quickly as liquid glucose?
