Lump under skin where removed CGM?

I removed my sons CGM as the readings were erratic but his skin was really sore under the plasters. Whilst cleaning the area, I felt a lump and it's still there today. I know you can get lumps from infusion sets but he's been fine with those. What should I do? Help!!

I would give it a while before I worried - what CGM is it and where on his body was it?

Thank you. It is Enlite Sensor and he has it on his bottom cheek as he is 22 months old and diagnosed at 11 months. Has had soreness with cgm plasters and we have been given a barrier cream but never had a lump!
