Hi I’ve seen this advertised on Facebook and wondered if Diabetes UK have really endorsed this product and if it’s worth buying. Thank you

Although we cannot appraise an advertisement you have seen on facebook, I have seen lots of reviews that claim this is a scam.

Have you seen this product anywhere on this forum? We are diabetes.co.uk

If you have seen it on DiabetesUK , that is a different organisation
https://www.diabetes.org.uk/ , and perhaps you need to contact them.
 
You didn't pay money to NHS England, you were mislead into thinking they endorsed it.
