M&S Curries!

Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
Just looked at a couple of packets in the freezer and they are about 4 grams of carbs per 100 grams.

So a 400 gram pack is about 16 grams of carbohydrates.

Mmmmmm..........................smokin!

The surprising thing about M&S curries is that, unlike most supermarkets, when they say hot they mean it. Chicken Madras is my favourite, served with home made roast cauliflower.
