Its bad enuf with the present system .. can you just imagine all the hassle calling India?
 
Is this another of the good old Daily Mail's scare stories which are later shown to be 100% rubbish.....

I wonder......makes a good headline though ! :roll:

I always read them online as I begrudge the price that they are. Will not pay the subscription to read The Times online though.

Was watching QI the other night and it was all about all the scare stories we get in the press.
Sausages being called some strange name........a line from the script of 'Yes Minister.'
Banana's having to be a uniform size........

Yet somehow they ended up as a News item concerning EU rules..... :lol: One reporter actually admitted that sometimes they just make these things up in the Pub if there isn't a genuine story around. The power of the press....... :roll:
 
Just pleased the idea has been dropped, what was the Department of Health thinking about? :?

Probably just some 'whizkid' full of bright ideas who hasn't a clue about the 'real' World !!! Sometimes they just throw these things into the arena without a thought as to the consequences.
We had them in my job.........proverbial pain in the .......... :!:
 

We've had a few in our workplace over the years too, no comprehension whatsoever of what the job entails and end up costing the firm thousands of pounds. The good thing is they are soon moved on and relocated where no doubt they will repeat the same mistakes again! :roll:
