Magnesium foot baths

Was recommended the foot bath as a way to reduce statin induced muscle pain. Tried q10 and got palpitations so looking for something that i dont need to swallow so has anyone tried this idea

Sounds like it's worth a try. I take a magnesium supplement orally when I occasionally get muscle cramps.

Do you really need the statin? Is your cholesterol really very high? I ask because I read that there's no clinical evidence of them being any benefit to women and as we age we need a higher cholesterol level.

Zand I have heart disease and had 9.1 chol level so yes sadly I do have to take them and its brought it down to 4.9 which delights my dr who said you were in heart attack zone before
