And because food is emotional as well - do you like cooking? Start going through Keto/LCHF/LC recipes and start getting into the kitchen more and cook up those delicious and low-carb dishes. (That's what I do - I don't like cooking, but I suuuuuure like eating!).</p></blockquote><p></p>
