Now Ivor is often found with a hashtag of #ldlbs after some of his theories but accordimg to this presentation, LDL does have some significance, even if it comes from trig levels.

Does anyone know if he has commented on this yet?

As a hyper responder, this looks like very good news indeed!
My TC shot up to over 10 on a keto diet and my GP panicked. I had lots of heart tests and went back onto low statins.
That looks like a very good decision. I now need to keep up the keto, moderate some of my very high fat eating and monitor my TC/HDL, which I get with every blood test. I feel pretty safe in ignoring TC at the present (until Ken says something different!).
