Hi all
Just joined the forum so apologies if this has been asked elsewhere.
I have started with an Accucheck combo pump three weeks ago. All going well with the pump, only problem is downloading the data. I was given the Accucheck 360 software, however having a Mac I am unable to run it. Does anyone know of any software out there that can let me download and view the data using the Accucheck Realtyme on a Mac.

" Mac compatibility

The ACCU-CHEK 360° diabetes management system and ACCU-CHEK Smart Pix device reader require Windows® 2000, XP, XP Professional, Vista® or Windows 7. The ACCU-CHEK 360° system is also compatible with Windows 8."

However lower down may offer some alternative with

" Devices for the ACCU-CHEK 360° app

Any device that runs Android operating system 2.2 or higher can use the ACCU-CHEK 360° diabetes management app."

If you have an android device it may be worth checking out the Play store
 
I have diasend, it does not work with the Accucheck Pump it only works with the Remote, also to get it working on a Mac you need the Infra Red remote. In June Diasend told me it should be ready soon but not got it working yet. You do need a licence for Diasend, I got mine via an Omnipod that I also have.

Another option is to do what I do and download it on a PC.

You can emulate a PC on a Mac, I've tried and it has worked fine using Parallels or Fusion or the Mac supplied Bootcamp.
 
Agree with @CarbsRok, Diasend is excellent, so if it's available for your various kit, get it. It has the advantage that you can enable some or all of your HCPs to see all your data as well if you want.
 
I will be starting on a vibe shortly but diasend isn't compatible with windows 8. Is there any way around this? As not being able to analyse my data could be a major issue :/ thanks
 
I thought Diasend was just a website? What's not compatible with Windows 8, the Uploader?

Did Diasend give a date when they will be Windows 8 compatible?
 
From what I understand you need "disasens uploader" to put your data on your online account. I think it's this part that isn't compatible with windows 8 :/

Diasend is windows compatible if you have a vibe and don't have the new IR cable then ring up and ask for one, it's sent out free of charge

@nikkid is saying the uploader is not compatible with Windows 8
 
Fab thanks guys....mustn't have seen that bit! This countdown to pumping is killing me- 39 days and counting!
