I'm back to working out what is best for me again I commented on here around March time when I had found the right way to do things but lately I'm back to square one with going low Left this morning at 7.7 after having 3 slices of toast with peanut butter. I stopped after an hour or so and was dropping so had half a cereal type bar and a couple of jelly babies. Stopped an hour later and had dropped into hypo range so had another bar and also jelly babies. Got home and back into the red The heat is really killing my blood sugar levels at the moment. Its the same for work aswell. The only thing that seems to work is using powdered energy drinks and sipping them but them aswell as jelly babies just make me need the toilet all the time. I am managing to ride still, did 52 miles today but I'm eating more on the way round due to the heat just to get through. I don't take insulin before hand except my levemir but I take half of that If anyone knows of foods to try that would be great. Iv tried cereals, porridge, pasta and toast
