So there we are first photo is at the end of may in north wales a week before I was diagnosed, now 4 stone lighter the second picture is Christmas in Scotland !
Not a bad effort if I say so myself, but it’s all thanks to the people on here as if it wasn’t for this place i would still be like all the other diabetics I know who don’t even know what a hbac1 is!!
Looking forward to getting back to work Monday now as my numbers are on the rise being home all day

!

whoa.

top pic you look like a boxer way out of condition..and then the next one, back to fighting weight and primed for the next contender in lifes battles...fantastic stuff.

Good luck back at work..just watch the meals and snacks..(easy to do)
and fully agree the sat at home routine, does make us lazy, sadly..(well me anyways.. )
