Maybe diabetes(hope not :()

I do not have diabetes
I have to pee every 2 seconds,literally I feel to pee and I actually pee alot. The problem is i went to my doctor and he did a blood test and my glucose was 4.7 which is heyyy pretty normal? And are blood tests actaully 100% true? And that's pretty much the only sign of the diabetes (maybe) i only pee alot.
 
And yeah,when I pee little bits of urin come out by themselves in my pants so I need to change them frequently aswell,it's so annoying

4.7 is a typical good number for a non diabetic. May be a UTI is causing the frequent need to pee.

Tell your doctor. We are not medically qualified and not able to diagnose you. It could be anything.
 
I agree that this something you need to take to your doc.
There are a number of things that can cause this kind of thing, and rapid diagnosis helps in treating them all.
 
As others have said, you do need to go to your GP and get it checked out properly. Just a thought, have you had your cholesterol checked, as my grown up son had a few symptoms and peeing a lot was one on them, so I checked his BS and it was within range. He saw his GP and he had high cholesterol of 6.5 !
