McDonald’s nutrition calculator

I saw this the other day and was pleased to see what a cheeseburger is! LOL! So know that I can treat myself occasionally. But maintaining my good BG readings at present. So no cheeseburger for me today! LOL!

Thanks for that - I didn't know it existed and was curious also. Not sure I would partake in a Maccy Ds but its worth knowing!

I don’t very often but sometimes when life gets away from you it’s an option. The only time I get a planned Maccy Ds is our annual holiday, it’s a family tradition to start the journey with a breakfast, I get a double sausage and egg muffin and take a low carb roll to put them in and some extra cheese (I still get the muffin but discard it, I don’t like them cooked without the muffin and the cheese sticks to the muffin so I take a slice with me lol )

Very cool!!
90% of the time I cook at home, but occasionally if circumstances conspire, we choose our local McDs for a quick meal. I always get a double quarter pounder with cheese and discard the bun. I'm really happy with the nutrition info on that, using that calculator! (Shhh about the couple of fries I routinely nick from my husband.)

I do the creator burger, choose angus beef, which comes with bacon, click on zero for all the condiments, including zero for the pickles and onions, have extra lettuce, extra cheese, and of course - zero buns.

This is a good way to eat out at Maccas with my ol' mum when I go visit her. Not cheap - but filling, and does not raise the BGs.

Sometimes the crew get it wrong, and I have to explain that zero buns does not mean zero lettuce and tomato - but they always add this without argument when I go up to the counter holding out the pathetic thing without the salad to hold it together. I learnt to order the extra lettuce and extra cheese, so they are more likely to get it (ie the bunless burger).
