For someone who has been type 1 since 1977 I don't seem to know much Can someone please tell me what MDI means?

MDI means Multiple Daily Injections.........

Thanks for that Ken, I have been on a MDi regime for a long time, just didn't know that is what it is called So many things change in the world of Diabetes, when I last saw my DNS we were talking about Liver Dumping and Dawn Phenomenon which did not exsist until a few years ago!!

I was diagnosed 4 years after you, and must admit that I was aware of the term 'Liver Dumping' and what it involved, but the term 'Dawn Phenomenon' was a new one on me until I joined this forum! :lol:
