Im Beth, 40 this year been type 2 for nearly 4 years and have still got loads to learn.
Diabetes has always been in my family - my mother and grandmother had it and now myself and my elder sister have it.
Its only now that i actually feel diabetic, until now i havent made much effort but this winter i have had more trouble fighting of infection, feeling the cold etc.
I look forward to helping any others i can and im here to learn, so any help will be welcomed.
