Hi every one,my name is Gary ive only been a diabetic for about nine months,it started without a lot of warning rushed into hospitol had 32 litres put back in,a quick course of how to use insulin and that i was insulin resistant and four days later checked out they told me we the team will be there 24/7 for you ha ha well it sounded good but i soon realized i was on my own phone calls not returned for days emails not returned and a short supply of drugs but being a street wise guy i found myself a diabetic nurse and she saved my life and here i am today.

Hi Gary and welcome to the site,sorry I'm not much help to you as I'm T2, but still learning as I was only diagnosed last year but there is some great help on this site so keep coming back and others will help! :)
