meal replacement bars

Hi I was just wondering if anyone can suggest a good bar to use now and then for lunch. I have used these bars before being diagnosed and have been looking for a suitable one, but as usual conflicting advice. thank you

Most of these bars are regrettably full of Carbs and Sugar so really not good as a meal or snack, Read the labels, but I've yet to find a "good" one.
